Privacy policy
In effect 1 September 2026.
Diito Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what the Diito website collects and what we do with it. It covers this website only: the Diito app does not exist yet, and nothing described elsewhere on this site collects anything today. The app will have its own policy, shown to you before you connect anything.
1What we collect
Your email address, if you join the waitlist. That is the entire record, and the waitlist form is the only thing on this site that collects anything. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind, and we do not build a profile of you.
2How we use your information
To contact you with Diito updates, most importantly when Diito opens. We do not sell, rent, or trade your address, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
3How we share your information
We share your information only with service providers who help us run this site, if the law requires it, or if the business is sold, in which case we would email you first.
4Security and retention
We protect your address with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and we keep it only as long as we need it. If you find a weakness here, write to hello@diito.it.
5Your choices and rights
Email hello@diito.it to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We answer within two business days. This site is meant for adults; we do not knowingly collect an address from anyone under 13.
6Changes to this policy
We publish any new version here and change the date at the top. If a change affects an address we already hold, we will email you about it.
7Contact us
Privacy questions, security reports, and anything else reach us at one address: hello@diito.it. A person reads it and answers it.
